6:53 - I'm not sure of his role (Sam Colona), but from my understanding, Andrew Golata was trained and developed at Sam Colona's Boxing Gym. It's not Lu Duva's Boxing Gym. You never hear the commentators talking about Sam Colona's Fighter. Many pro fighters, (David Diaz, Andrew Golota, and Angel Manfredy) all came from Sam Colona's Boxing Gym. Maybe Sam gets paid to just be a trainer and developer of new prospects coming out of Chicago, but he doesn't share in the credit for the success of these fighters. Sounds like crooked dice to me, but then again, Chicago is a mob city.
@chroscielewski

In gym Golota's trainer was Roger Bloodworth (he padded with him & was responsible for skill development, strategy etc.) Lou - with all respect - was more of a showman, instead a trainer / coach. Sam was also trainer, but he was overshadowed by Bloodworth. Roger was later trainer of Tomasz Adamek.

This. Golota had a very short prime. Just after the Grant fight he was in a serious car accident that killed one passenger and permanently injured his left shoulder. He was clearly never the same after that. But this version of Golota was a beast. So athletic, fast and fluid. That left jab was really something.

Well, he was fighting dirty, so that if doesn't count. Haveywights in the 90's was a loaded category, Golota competed but would not have become champion at all, he was mentally weak. He couldn't overcome adversity in the ring, therefore his dirty antics. However, he was a very talented and skilled fighter, but like I said, he was weak, probably one of the weakest mentally the sport has ever seen. Boxing is not for the strongest or the fastest, it's for the smartest.

Foreman was right. You get nailed with a savage intentional headbutt right on the temple that will mess you up for the rest of the fight. Blurred vision, blackouts, headache, nausea, balance issues, wobbly legs. The guy literally collapsed afterwards then got up super wobbly. Larry Merchant said he was faking and then between rounds his trainer Emannuel Steward just yelled at him. Protect your fighter Manny! Golota should have been DQ for the savage intentional headbutt, no doubt. He had to go out there and take 4 more rounds of punishment severely weakened.
