Wake up 5 minutes before logging in for work and chug a redbull. I do realize that is terrible. This video is motivating though. I need to try this.

It's great that you're feeling motivated by the video 🙏🏻 Everyone's morning routine looks different, but it's good to find what works best for you. Maybe you could try incorporating a small, healthy change to start with like drinking a glass of water before the Red Bull. What do you think would help you feel more energised in the morning without the rush?

As always inspiring and informative. There are very few videos I watch on normal speed - yours are one of them. Your presentation is also very calming. This has got me thinking I could do better am. I am up before the family at 5am, cup of tea and outside for a 9 min ice bath at 7 degrees, rinse off with the garden hose, then about 7 min of some full body movements to build heat again, (all while wet.) Back inside to dry and get dressed. Take the dog for a walk. To my desk for about hours and its then Dad duty with the kids. Definitely room for improvement: less caffeine / better quality later; your morning drink seams worth a go; some hanging; and love the different work spaces - working from home cabine feaver is real some times. I will get my thinking cap on . . . you have my brain going now.

Thank you so much for sharing your routine, it’s inspiring in its own right mate! I love the discipline and structure you've created, especially getting out for an ice bath at 5am and using nature to reheat. That kind of commitment to health and balance is something not many people can say they do. It’s great that you’re thinking about ways to improve, even though it sounds like you’re already doing so much to nurture your well-being 💚 I’m curious, what do you feel has had the most positive impact on your mornings so far? Is there something you’ve been thinking about adding or changing in your routine that you’re particularly excited about? In all honesty, I would love for all my mornings to look like this, but I know that’s not always possible. Life has its own rhythm, and sometimes we have to surrender to the ebb and flow. It’s important to give ourselves grace when things don’t go exactly as planned and recognise that balance doesn’t always mean perfection. What matters most is that we keep showing up for ourselves, even in small ways 🙏🏻
