Some people think Tate is innocent because they were fed and paid. NO, in over 158 countries it is illegal to earn money from women by getting them to sell themselves for sex, at least it's Pimping and if they naively believe they are going to have a relationship with him but just end up working to buy him cars and a rich lifestyle it's trafficking. All these you tubers think that he's innocent because girls said "yes' then they need to take it up with the law. Also Tate choose that country because he thought it would be easier to do that crime, so nobody should be moaning about that. I'm not even going to mention the violence and rape allegations.

The CPS apologized to the victims who tried to report him over here. We have 1 in 10 rapist's in the Met police force, so the UK isn't fair to rape victims and with what has come out in the last 4 weeks about the Met in the UK is enough to stop any victim coming forward.

Three things I learnt from this debate: 1. Redpillers don't subscribe to identity politics unless they can use it to conform to their narrative (black, Muslim, etc.) 2. Redpillers believe women are inferior except when they're powerful scammers who use their sexuality to solicit attention from emotionally vulnerable men who lack agency, in spite of men being superior. 3. Tate is joking/lying about almost everything he says about himself online, but we still need to put tremendous value on the information he teaches young boys in spite of it being fallacious.

I feel I need to point out some things from the perspective of a Romanian: - as far as the preventative detention goes, we have arrived at this system out of necessity. There have unfortunately been numerous suspects released on judiciary control or just set free and told not to leave the country who have fled Romania while the investigation was being finalized, as well as used their money/contacts/political influence to manipulate witnesses and other key parts of said investigation. After fleeing, it has been unbelievably hard to get them extradited back to Romania, even from countries such as the UK or neighboring countries (Serbia, Moldova, etc.). Sometimes they have a lot of money and those countries provide shelter for them, or they complain of bad detention conditions, etc. Either way, when a large flight risk is clear (and in Andrew Tate's case it's clear as day) preventative detention is decided for. - 18:50 The "another black man" argument is a projection of UK and US social problems onto Romania. First of all the Tates don't even look black, don't have any stereotypical presentation of black culture and their accents are quite unique. I only found out they're half black when I learned about their father and what a strong influence he was over them. Secondly, there is no cultural prejudice against black people in Romania. There is racism, sure, but it's more like "omg your skin is black how crazy is this, I've never seen this up close in my life" kind of soft racism. Also the most black people around here aren't American or English, they're either from various African countries/former French colonies, etc. - 21:00 The Muslim argument is another big pile of bullshit. We have a LARGE and very peaceful muslim community in Romania that has been around for CENTURIES. We're across the sea from Turkey, one of the most powerful muslim countries in the world and we have a history with them that goes back to the 1300s. Muslims have been around us for longer than Romania has been a modern state so to say "muslim in an Eastern European country" betrays the lack of knowledge and simple tribal thinking of this clown. In fact I'll say straight up that this dude, like a bunch of other muslim advocates on behalf of Tate only defends him because he's a famous person who converted to Islam. As long as Tate doesn't harm another Muslim (or maybe even then, who knows) these guys will defend him to the death from a purely religious tribe motivation. - 39:00 A mistake the guy on the left is making here consistently is when he talks about "the judge". There is no "the judge", there are multiple judges. The ones involved so far have judged whether the Tate brothers and their 2 female conspiration should be held in preventative detention. The actual case will be judged by a DIFFERENT panel of judges. If the case then goes to appeal that's a DIFFERENT court and a DIFFERENT panel of judges. This is important to consider for all the dumb conspiratorial arguments, because in order of those to be possible someone would have to influence a multitude of judges in a multitude of courts. - 47:00 What he's saying here about the judge saying there isn't enough evidence to convict is probably false. What was reported in Romanian media is that there is a SPECIFIC charge, namely that of rape against Tristan Tate (as alleged by one of the women), for which the judge says more evidence needs to be gathered to corroborate the allegation. Also, like I pointed above, this particularly judge ONLY decides if the arrest of the Tates is warranted or not (he/she is a civil liberties judge ) - 1:24:00 Tina Glandian is exactly NOBODY in Romania. She has a much right to visit the Tates in jail as I do, since NEITHER of us is a lawyer recognized by the Romanian legal system. - 1:36:17 The totality of the chat logs is part of the file and will be submitted as evidence at trial, the snippets are simply the most salient points included in the motivation and by the prosecution as illustrative of the points they were making. - 1:38:35 Another lie. The judge never says ANYWHERE that the evidence ONLY amounts to reasonable suspicion, he just says the bar is reasonable suspicion and that that level of evidence is met. Also, again, this civil liberties judge ONLY judges the preventative detention measure, NOT the totality of the case. - 1:39:30 Yet another lie. The FULL transcripts of the conversations ARE PART OF THE FILE AND THE JUDGE HAS SEEN THEM. The reason there are only snippets in the media is probably because those are the only parts the media managed to access/overhear during the preventative detention proceedings. However, that does NOT mean they are not fully there or that the judge didn't read them. - 1:45:00 The court has considered preventative measures such as house arrest or judiciary control but decided this measure was the only one that would prevent the Tate brothers from A) fleeing the country as well as B) tampering with witnesses and the investigation. There's even a passage in the document that says that as the investigation has arrived at the phase where they interview associates and potential victims of the Tate brothers they want to make sure the control the Tate brothers have over these people is interrupted. - 1:54:00 Cool, an insult to Romania by a clown who thinks he's a legal expert. It's a bit funny because the judge invokes precedents from the UK and France in his decision to detain the Tate brothers and the way the investigation has been going so far has been quite by the book compared to other cases So I guess we'll see what happens.

As a lawyer, it's frustrating to hear someone claim to be a lawyer and then act like this. Destiny calls out a bunch of the bad faith points: - Purposely conflating standards for detention and arrest with standards for conviction. - Referring to int'l law which is generally irrelevent in domestic criminal charges. - Reaching conclusions about evidence he hasn't seen and asserting that the prosecution must release all info to the court AND to the public before bringing charges. - The idea that once you arrest, police must stop all investigation. - Asserting that assess to a lawyer who is not representing you must be face to face or it doesn't count. The worst thing that Destiny didn't catch was his assertion that the Romanian police were holding Tate, knowing they have no evidence with the plan to torture a confession out of him. If this guy is your lawyer, get a new one. Not convinced that he is though.

I graduated from an Ivy League law school, and I have never heard of an international law license lol. This dude is smoking something. You can get licensed in a country (in the U.S., more specifically, a state). You can get an LL.M. focusing on international law, but that is a degree, not a license. There is no UN license to practice international law. If you are a lawyer licensed in New York, you can practice international law in New York. That does not give you a license to practice any kind of law in Romania, not patent law, not employment law, and not international law. Also, international law is an absolute joke. There is no real enforcement mechanism. If an international court says, "Romania, you are violating international law with X policy you have." Romania can say, "Sick. I don't care." Unless it is a really egregious violation, there will probably be no repercussions for Romania. In fact, the U.S. violates international law many times in highly egregious ways, and the U.S. has seen little to no consequences for it. That is why international law is a joke. This is what happens when people don't know what they're talking about. What gets me is that he says this so confidently.

@@xaphan8581 Still digging through my two-sentence comment to see where I accuse him of rape. Gonna find it any time soon. As for the sex trafficking bit, you can watch the whole conversation again, the point is plain and simple: Tate has been charged for sex trafficking, with sufficient evidence for a charge. The facts right now look damning for him, but they're not enough to convict him. There's a good chance he did commit sex trafficking, but we'll have to wait for an actual conviction with more evidence. It's that simple, there are no unsubstantiated guesses here, just looking at the facts of the matter. As for the girl who came out with the video, from my understanding she's still working with him. Hence why that evidence is not as relevent as Tate's potential admission. If a politican X was charged for a crime, obviously there is a good chance that politicians that work with or for him will run defense for him. But any such defense rings hollow when politican X publicly admitted to his crimes. The same is true for Tate. The question is how much of what Tate has said is true. What he's said is more than enough to bring forth charges and detain him ("lol it was a joke" is not a reasonable defense). As for a conclusive conviction, we'll have to wait and see and accept the results, whichever they may be. Again, fairly simple.

You do not need to prove that someone has committed a crime “beyond a reasonable doubt” to bring forth charges. If that were the case, the judge evaluating the evidence could just convict the suspect immediately without a trial. That is the point of a trial in front of your peers: to dig deeper into the evidence and have a jury evaluate whether or not the defendant’s guilt is beyond a reasonable doubt. You just need “reliable and admissible evidence” that shows “probable cause” in order to press criminal charges. Reasonable doubt is for winning a trial: not pressing charges. Edit: And to commit a search/seizure before pressing formal charges, you only need reasonable suspicion. This is not exclusive to Romania. This is also the case in the U.S. For example, an officer has reasonable suspicion to pull someone over for drunk driving if they are swerving and running red lights. Once they give a sobriety test and breathalyzer that confirms they are drunk, then they have probable cause to press charges. Either way, a cop wouldn’t need to know “beyond a reasonable doubt” that the driver is drunk before pulling him over.

He initially said that the Romanian Feds didn't have sufficient evidence to prove that the Tates committed crimes "beyond a reasonable doubt" when they were arrested. He then proceeded to say that an arrest can't be made unless you have enough evidence to meet the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard before a judge, which is not true. You only need probable cause backed by evidence that would be admissible in court. Given this, the arrest of the Tates isn't the perversion of justice that the lawyer is insinuating. The judge, in this case, recognized that there was enough reasonable suspicion for the Tates to be arrested and their homes searched, thus they were. And given that Tate himself has bragged on video about hypothetically using his multiple passports to flee legal trouble, he and his brother were deemed a flight risk and thus are being detained while these searches are happening at their properties. They did this to themselves. And I don't think any non-clout-chasing, reputable international lawyer of merit would represent them given how much damning evidence has already been revealed, and it's only pieces of evidence that have been "leaked." The "international attorney" that the Tates have allegedly hired has represented sleazy people like Jussie Smollet and Chris Brown: bottom of the barrel cases that only publicity-driven law practitioners would even give the time of day.

I live in America so it may be different, but you also don't have to automatically turn over evidence that you are not going to be using in a court case. The defense can always request stuff like video footage and what not, but the only disclosure that HAS to be done during the discovery period is the evidence that the prosecution is planning on introducing in the trial.

Cult of personality is a hell of a thing. It's not exclusive to actual cults to have a similar impact on people. Think of what it takes to break a person down enough to join a cult. Think of what Tate did to get women to cam for him. He did the same to his male audience, just without the extra effort of breaking them down because the men either already were broken down (depressed, in a huge transitional period of their life, already had a weak sense of self, or other things that can make a mind vulnerable to influence) or genuinely agreed with his takes on women already. There's more to it then that, but my comment is already long.
