I grew up watching Andrew Zimmern on the food network and have always enjoyed his shows. Delighted to learn he is an outdoorsman and excited to check out this new show I never knew of! Sub'd!

dont sweat it too much. these turkey legs were just for the show. probably couldn't get any wild ones because they're not in season when shooting the video.

@@innov13 if someone were to follow his recipe using wild turkey legs, they would turn out terrible. Wild turkey legs are completely different from farm raised.

Andrew I enjoy your cooking but this is what irritates me and takes the deliciousness out of the food when you wear your black gloves I hate that color

Andrew I have watched all of your shows from the bizarre foods to this one and I love them both the same but I kind of favor really the wild game cooking and this meal that you made today looked absolutely delicious and gorgeous at the same time oh my goodness I can't wait to try that especially the turkey and the greens this was an absolutely wonderful episode and I can't wait to try all this myself and oh my goodness I can't wait to see more from you this looks so amazing and absolutely five star delicious.

Such a good show! Was just in Dallas and they had the channel (I think called Outdoor TV or something) that showed these episodes with Zimmern

I love Andrew, watched Bizarre Foods, Bizarre Destinations etc, and watch this show on Taste Made but I could NOT eat his food. This guy salts EVERYthing and I mean everything. Ribs, bacon, etc, which are things that are naturally already filled with sodium. I saw the guy put salt in broth, which is nothing but a container of sodium. Andrew, as a person with hypertension and the father of a chef, I like you, but as I told my son, don't put that salt OR butter ("it adds flavor dad" ) in or on my food, period end of story.

What kind of ribs are you buying that are naturally high in sodium???????

@@neomage2021 Are you being serious or joking? Ribs, particularly pork ribs are nothing but sodium. Beef not as much, but it too is loaded with sodium. Next time you're in the grocery store, look at a package and read the ingredients.

@user-dj1sg3hm5i don't buy vacuum packed meat. Get ribs etc fresh cut from your local butcher... no added sodium solution

@@neomage2021 I'll try that and thanks for the recommendation, that's a good idea.
