Android Media Player crashes when attempting to play certain files from thumb drives that have been used with a Mac. This happens because the Mac OS adds "invisible" files to directories with information about icons, searches, and contents of the "trash can".
This can interrupt autoplay features on certain devices that cycle through all the files in a directory. When they encounter these invisible files, the player crashes, or exits the application.
We are working on a software solution called DriveRefinery to be able to improve workflows between the Mac and Android Media Players.
