"Natty Stick" helped make my percussion playing a lot better.

A classic track from a classic album. Andy Narell has been slept on a long time. The music 🎶 that he made was ahead of its time. Sounds as good today as it did back in the day - great production.

IMHO Andy Narell is one of the greatest Pan players of our time. One of Andy's greatest achievements was his collaboration with Dame Samuels and Paquito D'Rivera on the Caribbean Jazz Project. Love all his work ! 😎

I first heard this a couple months ago, so it can't really do for me what it did for you. I'm glad to hear it brings back good memories for you, but for me it speaks more to future possibilities than past events. I feel I'm a better musician for having heard and appreciated it. Mahalo. Enjoy what life offers.

What about the keys? Doesn't overplay, fills the gaps with pure flavor. Expert at harmony as well. This guy needs some shine...he's the truth.
