Are there any estimates for the measurements of the ingredients other than 3 big spoons of the seeds? I'd like to have at least a guesstimate base over not really knowing how much is used.

It may seem ignorant to take this seriously but when you live in a 3rd world nation, where there very little access to health care and the cost of medicine is astronomical, sometimes home remedies are the only hope.

You are actually very ignorant, practically every single country out there has ancient remedies no matter if it’s considered a developed country or the status of the people doing the remedies, just because americans like to buy everyting in their little plastic containers doesn’t make it better
