INGREDIENTS
-sliced ginger
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1.4Kilo whole chicken sliced into smaller pieces
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-4Tbsp fish sauce
-water enough to submerge meat.. (add more water as needed)
-Annatto water enough just to give orange color to the broth (annatto water = add hot water to annatto seeds to extract it's color, leave it for about 5min. then strain to get the colored water)
-sliced chayote
-About 120g sotanghon noodles (vermicelli)
-red chili pepper leaves
-malunggay leaves
-add more fish sauce as needed or water as needed (adjust according to preference
