Maybe the best demo of this guitar yet. Excellent playing and tone. I have this guitar and play it very little. The top controls get easily moved by my body. I need to make a shield to cover them. Otherwise great for the money.

I appreciate your comment. Thank you very much!. I am curious about the shield you've mentioned. What sort of material would you use?

@@JoeMoreg I'm not sure but maybe a sheet type plastic. It will take a little experiment to find a working solution. Keep posting your excellent videos. When I find a way to cover the controls I will post it. Thanks for sharing your work.

Joe: 1st of all, really nice plying!!! I’d like to pick your brain about this guitar; it sounds really good on your videos… how was it out of the box? Did it require a lot of setup/tweaking? And how is the string balance through the pickup?
@JoeMoreg
5 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for your comment. In my case it was absolutely fine out of the box, and I didn't do any setup or tweaking except for a set of new strings. I use D'addario normal tension. I hope this helps!

@@JoeMoreg thanks, Joe! Sorry, one more thing; how heavy is it? I’m heading for a Cordoba Stage, which is really light, but this thing is half the $$$…

@@gtrgeorge348 It doesn't feel heavy, but I wouldn't say it's super light. I don't have a scale at home, sorry! ;-)

Hi ... Can play as an acoustic organ without plug in? Thanks

I am not sure what you mean with "an acoustic organ", sorry, could you please elaborate a bit?. If you mean if it is possible to play it acoustic, without plugging it, the answer is yes. You can perfectly hear it and practice with it. I hope this helps!

Was wondering wich ones u use or have tried and have nice experience with? Greetz from The Netherlands

Thanks for the videos Joe, which guitar do you think is better? James Neligan or Angel Lopez?
@JoeMoreg
Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment Adrian. They are different types of guitar I'm afraid. James Neligan has acoustic guitar strings, and Ángel López has nylon strings like a classical guitar, so I use them for different things. It all depends on what sort of sound you are looking for. I hope this helps!

I want this guitar now... and the score for that lucy in the sky arrangement! Do you think it offers enough difference to a usual classical guitar to warrant getting one?
@JoeMoreg
Жыл бұрын
Thank you very much for your comment!. I did that particular arrangement for a student, and I guess it probably is more straightforward compared to a classical guitar arrangement. You can buy my lessons notes at a very reasonable price on my website if you are interested. Best, J

@@JoeMoreg Oh sorry I meant the guitar! I already have a very good classical guitar and wondered if this one would be worth the money given the difference in sound. But yes I'll check out your website!

@@coronal2207 Sorry for the misunderstanding!. I bought this guitar when the lock-down started, so it would be quieter than a normal classical when teaching online, and also to make it easier to share the direct sound of the instrument through my audio interface. It sounds very nice with headphones, and the relation price and quality is very good. The classical guitar feel, let's say, is very good, I would say. I hope this helps. Please let me know if I understood better this time. Thank you!
@coronal2207

@@JoeMoreg Absolutely, thanks, that's very helpful. Though, does it offer anything different to what a normal classical does sound wise? I.e. is there anything this can do that a normal acoustic cannot?
