I watched the WNBA since it first started! I had the opportunity to go to the Seattle Storm’s open game. I have great admiration for the WNBA and its integrity. But lately I’ve been discuss with the league and some founders of the league. People who previously rejected the idea of watching the WNBA are now changing their minds and becoming fans. It warms my heart to witness young girls honing their skills with dreams of becoming the next Caitlin Clark. It’s ridiculous to have so much negative energy towards the only person who can elevate the league to the next level. This is the definition of the phrase “cutting off your nose to spite your face.” I’m on the fence to stop watching because I’m sick of what I’m seeing. When you hear the announcer or news media talk about Angel Reese, Clark's name is always tied to it. If CC stayed another year in college AR would be another WNBA player. There would be no gala's, no TV commercials, and no clothing line

You notice the WNBA and the media in general don't STICK to the facts. This rookie class as a whole will move the WNBA to the next level but Caitlin Clark will be relegated to just being a starter; there are many players drafted in the first round and first overall that have flamed out from Tim Tebow, Johnny Manziel, JaMarcus Russell, Brian Bosworth, Ryan Leaf and then for the women we've seen Mia Hamm, Danica Patrick, Hope Solo, Michelle Wie to Ronda Rousey. CC never won a championship at Iowa and it ain't looking too good for the Fever. If the Fever makes it to the championship it won't be because of CC I can tell you that; BTW, ALL the WNBA players are going to get better with time NOT just CC so I really don't want to read it from the herd.
