Garry Null recommends Dong Quai for hormones and hot flashes- I started taking this for 2 days, hot flashes gone. I’m 54 this month not been struggling with menopause as much as my peers. I only had hot flashes around twice per day. Thankful that nature gives us everything we need. Great video....🙌🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾

I've had horrible hot flashes for 2 decades. Dong quai had helped me with my periods before. I finally had sense enough to try it for the hot flashes. It's working already but I'm afraid it'll make me fat. Everyone else that helps does.

I took 2 a day for a short period, then 1 for about 6 weeks. My diet is very clean, I do notice if I drink wine, I tend to have a hit flash that night. So I recommend try avoiding alcohol for a short period of time to see whether this helps. Good luck guys..🫶🏽

Thanku for reaching out w that comment back on the amount. OK great. I don't drink alcohol and my diet is very clean too so that's great and I took one and a half because I poured out of capsule and I was at store when I did first one so couldn't get it all out so I got home poured a new one all out into spoon so 1 and a half so honestly I haven't had another hot flash yet and I didn't expect it to work that quick but I'm waiting and haven't had one since so I'll take another one tomorrow if one works a day ill just take one then but so happy I got that. Thankyou again for taking the time to reach out to me.

Fascinating and I learned again so much that I never knew. Processing it differently to help stop the pain with the rice and wine or stop bowels moving by using a slurry of clay! I really want to know all of these things. It is fascinating the different results that can be had from one plant. I also really enjoyed when you shared how the plant was dug and put in the cave to stop the 2nd year bloom and how you are experimenting with this! Very exciting to a plant person like me. I love experiments. I always am joking about when I show something to my kids or a family or friend in the yard or house a little jar of this or that seed and I laugh and say it is one of my experiments. But, for me I truly enjoy it. I have an unknown citrus tree in a pot out front that I collected in Pensacola and I have literally been waiting 7 + years for it to produce a fruit so I will finally know what it is. My guess at first was sour orange because I collected a lot of those, but then the leaves look more like a kumquat or maybe mandarin? Anyway, I am content to wait. It will almost take away the mystery at this point. I grew an awesome peach that took only 3 years to produce and by year 4 I had a bumper crop. The seed came from a white flesh clingfree peach. These are fairly clingfree and medium in size very sweet so I am extremely happy. I have these kind of little experiments all over the yard. I grew a monster of a cactus from a seed. It grew taller than the porch so I had to cut it in half and then I had two:). I have some Date palm seeds I want to try and I cannot eat out without saving seed from the lemon or tomato or grape just to see what it might turn out:). I am always finding a napkin with a few random seeds from a flower or plant I spotted on a walk. Sometimes they sadly turn up in the washer. . .

Is it the same as the Italian Angelica sylvestri? .... I grew up with it but never used. A chinese doctor gave me don quai and it got rid of my geographic tongue in 1 day (he gave it to me with another root).

How did you take it for the geographic tongue? Like a mouth rinse or tea? My sister has this and it causes her pain quite frequently.
