He's not the first cop I've seen drop their jaw in wide eyed amazement when told they are dismissed, they imagine they are in full control of and dominate whoever they choose to interact with. Many of them don't see themselves as servants of the public, they regard themselves as masters who the public should bow deferentially before. I really do think a lot of them get off on the power they hold, It gives them an inflated sense of self importance and unfortunately in many cases an endorphin rush as well.

No Officer, you are not JUST having a conversation. You are pushing a free citizen around because you want to. The question is, why do you want to?

What a shame that the cool, polite sergeant is retiring, and the "hands on" constable is staying!

Tom was polite, just asked what he was doing and why he was there. The filter was just antagonising people because he had nothing to do. While claiming others had nothing to do. His ego got hurt when asked by the guy on the speaker "what he was doing " enough to start name-calling. He tells people what to do all the time in this video, but when asked for simple things in return he takes it badly

Come on mate, you didn't need to make an issue over that bloke who came in, it could have been a private thing. Just because you can don't mean you should...just sayin. Im a fan but that was unnecessary.

Thomas is a bit of a loose cannon who can't control his temper, great temprement for a police officer.

I could tell Tom was thinking to himself ‘what a pathetic idiot this is.’ This auditor needs to change his attitude and not be so provocative. It was embarrassing, cringeworthy.

@@BA17Hel I fully agree Ella. I support most of UK auditors but this guy has real issues. It was definitely cringeworthy to watch.

Thomas exudes arrogance, and typical police ego, he is not used to having his authority challenged this type of behaviour is ingrained in all police.
