Red Rocks is a special place for sure!! I've been fortunate enough to see many shows there during my life. The first was Phish way back in like 1996ish, I was 17. Phish was never allowed back at Red Rocks again after that weekend... Morrison population 500 didn't appreciate the many thousands of followers the band had... camped everywhere! And even though I got in later than I wanted, I ran into a friend from Florida in the second row middle who was saving a seat for no one in particular, so I lucked out! (Seeing Phish in my 30s was a whole different experience, and not the fun it was when I was younger). Besides Ani, I loved seeing Michael Franti there too! They are starting to sell tix to shows there again for later this year... socially distanced I guess.

I know ani DiFranco is her brother's keeper, and have no doubts about it although that is a gut feeling from her thought to the amazing thought with good music. I keep writing about how much I enjoy her tunes, the lyrics of hers and others. Others being any person whether or not titled, who cares, a Freelancer like my friend from over the oceans. I think that Ani is blessed. A little bit of how that ocean will hold her is fun and engaging while her talents inspire and make people think. So very well, while my sticky fingers go along with her glued striking hand that is powerful. Yes, poweeerrful. She gets wired and keeps it all going out to the people while she is experienced with confusion. She is a musician, protectionist, and so much involved in why she has what I feel is a solid foundation to what I enjoy in music. I enjoy the messages in songs people grasp. Am happy to know some, a little of her music.

"Mama, just remind me to say farewell to it all! You dithering information about what we all have in the rotation on today's internet. Oh yes!" When you can't think a thought to its conclusion then it is never time to hang it up. You just go on dithering with information about anything because Ani DiFranco knows about everything. Oh, I have been restored and renewed by her appearance and my foolishness in missing her except that "God has blessed NPR" which I agree with whole-heartedly. Civil rights like the BASIC THINGS YOU NEED TO BE FREE, and how nice to hear plain speaking words that make sense regardless of genders. "She is not a weirdo by any sense of my mind as I find her refreshing in every way and when she thanks the audience for her opportunity to play it, YES to that!"

Ani in New York shows how well she keeps an audience happy, her guitar playing excels, the lyrics improve, and she stays the course with pushing causes against the man, Patriarchy, of course while your album/cd booming bass will not be sold with the car. NPR, and those gals loved her here. Watch out for those tampons Ani. Hope you're well. laters
