Great to see Anikthea getting some attention! Mine has been struggling with the self mill, but I think the bouncelands and the MKM surveil lands would help. I definitely appreciate hearing about that. One of the protection pieces I chose was Guardian of Faith because it phases any number of creatures-important with tokens, especially since we are exiling the original card. For enchantment based protection, I opted for Privileged Position, Sterling Grove, and Angelic Renewal (though really Sterling Grove gets sac’d as soon as possible). It’s a fun deck-good luck in your games!

The surveil lands are extra good because they turn your fetch lands into self-mill as well. I like your picks, what made you choose Guardian of Faith over Teferi’s Protection? Thanks for watching!

I’ve got that, too, along with Clever Concealment. People really don’t like you having multiple Mana Reflections or Anointed Processions, or even Teleportation Circles. They’re weird that way. I’m actually thinking about adding Blossoming Defense and Snakeskin Veil, but I need to focus on fixing the mill first.

@@jacquesdespadasconsider using a blink spell or two as additional protection in response to targeted removal. Also triggers Anikthea.

Eerie Ultimatum was the 101st card in the deck. I know this card is a huge bomb in the late game, but my primary concern was having the colors to cast it. I am still trying to determine what I could cut in the top end to make room for it considering that it’s not an enchantment. 🤔

Are we essentially bringing free enchantments to the field from graveyard with zombie sub-type?

Any updates to this strategy?

Definitely. For one, Ripples of Undeath from MH3 would be great here.
