A full body workout using the Animal Flow system.
This is a beginners Animal Flow class which can be done from home and in a small space.
I say at the start of the video its around 30 minutes long, it eventually ends up being 45 minutes so apologies for that.
The class begins with wrist mobilisations, then wave unload and crab reach variations. Beast and crab activations,
Then onto the flow and finishing with some breathing to help down regulate to a more calmer state
The call out is
Set crab
Left leg underswitch into loaded beast
Left leg beast reach into left leg front step
Pop back to loaded beast
Left leg underswitch into right leg jumping underswitch into left leg side kick through
Left leg jumping underswitch tap into loaded beast
Wave unload
Return to loaded beast
Right leg underswitch to crab
Repeat on the other side
