Great Tutorial. I would like to share some of my code that I feel makes it more concise and utilizes more from reanimated library. For the sequence of scale from 0 to 1 and back to 0 with a delay, you can simply use useSequence to perform animations in sequence: scale.value = withSequence( withSpring(1), withDelay(500, withSpring(0)) ); Further more to prevent unwanted behavior of the spring that causes the heart to invert, you can utilize the withSpring option so ou finally get scale.value = withSequence( withSpring(1), withDelay(500, withSpring(0, { overshootClamping: true })) ); Keep going with the tutorials. I am learning a lot. Liking every video and subscribed

Is it possible for me to press a button, and it will make an animation, but when I press dnv it will reverse the animation you just did?

Yes it is. For instance in the onDoubleTap you can write something like this "scale.value = withSpring(scale.value > 0 ? 0 : 1)". So if the scale.value is greater than 0, the animation will return back to value 0, otherwise it will go to value 1. Of course you can improve the condition but I hope that the main concept is clear 🤓

Your tutorials are amazing and I have been going through them one by one and will finish them till the end, but I just want to mention that when you had two tap gesture handlers, you said that the top level one will have priority, but actually it is the one that has less taps that gets priority. So if you had two nested tap gestures, but the nested one is single tap, but the containing one is double tap then the nested one will be activated when tapped.

I love every single video of yours. Can you create just one video of best practices for responsiveness, so that whatever the screen size is, the UI will adapt it and wont break?

Hi Yash, thanks for your feedback! What I can suggest right now is to use the flex property as much as possible. For now my goal with the channel is to provide contents on React Native animations. However I'll keep the idea for the future videos 🤓🎬

This looks like an excellent video but it simply doesn't work on my project. Perhaps it's because I'm using Expo? I've tried for hours and scoured the RNGH documentation but it doesn't even throw an error. It just doesn't console.log the 'SINGLE TAP'. Please let me know if you've encountered this before and know a fix!
