Animating SmartArt in PowerPoint 2016 is a great way of controlling a presentation. In that way you can have SmartArt display bullets in a much more appealing way. What's more you can animate them!. So enjoy this presentation and forgive any mistakes. Please I would appreciate your comments, if you find any better ways of doing things then please let me know.
The basics of animating smartart as follows:
Select the smart art graphic that you want to animate.
Add an animation to the SmartArt graphic by clicking on the animate tab on the ribbon at the top, then choosing the animation you want.
When you view your SmartArt animation note that it animates as one block.
From the animate panel on the left click the tiny drop down triangle and choose effect options.
In the effect options box choose the SmartArt tab.
Choose how you want your animation to appear. (For example choose one by one if you want each section/box etc. to appear one at a time).
