Love this tutorial series, one noob question, Acurig seems to generate face bones, can i weightpaint my characters eyes tongue in blender etc and then import into cascadeur and generate the auto rig?

yep, you can, but in Cascadeur it won't support face rig for now, guess you still can config bones in Blender, then rig actions in Cascadeur, then import back to Blender, then do face animation inside Blender. Depends on your need, maybe you can consider use Shape Keys for static face expression, it may get easier.
