Every video I have looked at for this battery system no one will put up a price and give the same excuse (each house is different). By now that's BS most systems are close to the same so give specs per battery bank, example 14KW 19KW 24KW 28KW or whatever. Since no pricing and no one talking about it you know it's high. If it wasn't they would brag about it.

Why do you have to get a quote???? Just tell me how much the damn thing costs.

Because your home can have uncommon layouts, limitations, etc. for just one example, any home before 2000 is much more likely to have an aluminum plate running down the circuit board - if this is there, serious powered devices can easily melt that center or fry the circuits to where the metal and plastic melts and causes fires. Your system might need new copper, or you might need a lot of copper to be ran from where your circuit box is VS where you want the batteries to be. Copper is expensive- you’re not being sold a static exact thing. You’re being sold that thing plus everything that will make it work in your home.

They also want to be sure that the system you get can handel the load you're looking to supply. Each home is different, and some may have 2 or more HVAC units. If you're looking to keep everything running when power is lost, that would require more storage batteries. The video example states that this installation is using just under 3 KW of power. If they quote you this system, it may not help if your home requires 5 KW. The nice feature is that you can expand these systems as needs increase. You dont want to get into a situation where you have to turn something off in order to use a different appliance. So those are some of the questions they need to get answered to help with designing the system that will meet your needs. Looks like a great system all around. I am sure it won't be cheap. Keep in mind that a propane generator that produces 25KW of power output could cost as much as 20,000.00-25,000.00 installed. The concept of the Anker system is great to help get through intermitant power outages. Also, the fact you can use it during high peak hours then charge back up when rates are lower and supplement charging using solar power pannels when sunlight is available as well. I can't wait to get one. I think it will give me a little piece of mind knowing $600.00 of food in the freezer won't go bad while waiting for the power to come back on.

People need to do i tiny bit of research instead of just commenting with rude obnoxious requests . I do not know how these work but even i know there are many different conditions that change the price . What is the condition of the home, wiring , electric panels . It is something that has to be professionally installed , under those conditions they cannot simply list a price . Price is also different depending on where you live . Silly grownups . No one ever taught you respect ? Anything that requires professional installation will always be based on quotes as labor can also vary by locations so there is no set cost . My goodness . People posing as adults is to much

Yes. The word ‘sponsored’ means Anker paid them to create this video.

How much does it cost. Does it have extra low or high voltage inputs to set up extra panels outside of the panels you already have. (Or don’t have.).

Yes. They can work in negative 4 and I think up to 131 or some such number. But their launch video says they’re great for outdoors.

Just get a generator- cheaper, portable, works in all temperatures, won't lose capacity over time.
