🍵Anmitsu🍵 ●Agar Jelly Agar powder: 4g Water: 480ml Sugar: 2 tablespoons ●Shiratama Dumplings Shiratama flour: 100g Water: 90g ●Mandarin Oranges: Appropriate amount ●Red Bean Paste: Appropriate amount 🍵Instructions🍵 ●Agar Jelly ①Add water to a pot. ②Add agar powder and sugar. ③Bring to a boil over low heat and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. ④Pour into a mold and let it cool in the refrigerator. ⑤Cut it into pieces. Since the agar jelly is soft, it's recommended to cut it inside the container! ●Shiratama Dumplings ①Add flour and water. ②When it reaches the softness of an earlobe, shape into balls. ③Gently put them into boiling water. (Using chopsticks or tongs may leave marks, so it's recommended to use your hands! Be careful not to burn yourself!)
