People keep saying Naomi needs her own show...she already has her own show...this is it. She doesn't need big-budget network tv when she has her own crew filming from her own home and posting it on her platform at her leisure to a global audience who can watch when they want to. She doesn't need to please anyone ans if advertisers want to sponsor her they can reach out to her and she can pick and choose.

She does need her own cable or something like that. I really do not think KZitem deserves all this FREE material from Naomi. She's doing them a huge favour really. I'm really happy for all the content and simultaneously I'd love if she'd post on her site for example all this. This also has to do with the fact that KZitem has been demonetizing loads of KZitemrs and negatively affecting the entire community in that way.

El Yu fast fashion isn’t a fashion trend though. Fast fashion, being popularized by a younger age group, literally exists solely because young people are unable to afford the alternative. We know people are spending less on clothing then generations before. This isn’t because of trends or because people aren’t interested. People in this generation are exiting college with extreme debts, and entering the workforce with incomes much lower than generations before. They can’t afford a trip to the dentist, let alone quality, higher priced clothing.

Yes, I remember when I loved❤ Liz Claiborne clothing. High quality fabric and excellent tailoring and, I wore them for 20+ years. One day I went looking to buy something for myself and picked up a blazer and knew immediately something was very wrong. The fabric felt cheap and looked worse, the exquisite tailoring was missing and the fabric felt different (as in synthetic). I never bought Liz Claiborne again.😢
@patriciacanale6766
4 жыл бұрын
That’s because they didn’t outsource their quality fabrics to china. They were handcrafted. Once they got greedy and decided to outsource, the fabrics got cheaper and then you end up with a sweater that may have a name, but it gets a hole when you wash it twice. That’s the difference

Yeah, Anna, let's focus on luxury after the pandemic! Her elitism clashes with the real world, the factory workers she aims to help! ;D

@Mariyeen Acheege Good point. Luxury instead of made cheaply. No p.r. person around to coach her on her word choice. "No filter" I guess. ;D

Naomi Campbell, this is brilliant because it not only explains to all of us how this pandemic is affecting everyone but specifically how much we rely upon the creativity of the fashion community, especially as Dame Wintour said, in "times of crisis". You are doing a brilliant job not only as a host but as an activist and a philanthropic entity. Thank you a thousand times thank you.

Loved this ! I’m excited for the future of fashion 💚🌱. Hopefully when fashion shows resume they have that personal quality again. Not just “wear my designs, walk to the near end of the runway with a poker face, & back” I hope they remember we are here to tell a story through the clothes and let us show a character on the runway again ❤️❤️❤️. That was my fear becoming signed, that it’ll feel more like WORK than a fun collaboration. I hope with everyone getting to return to their passions, it puts back that fun quality while still producing great work. Thank you for this Queen Naomi & Anna!

Yeah, Naomi is always rooting for her people. It was obvious she was really gutted when the other judges didn't have a change of heart about Megan
