This stands as my favorite song of all time and let me explain why, when I was little I had a radio station I would listen to at night, meditation music and such. At this time it was the peak of the greatest times in my childhood when I Started discovering art, anyways this would play on the station very rarely and every time I heard it it stuck out to me more than any other piece of music I’d ever heard. Every time I hear this it brings me back to the sounds and smells of my really early childhood.

my deepest condolences to any human who has never heard this song. I take for granted the feelings brought forth when listening to this and it just dawned on me how amazing it was when I first heard it...

You may want to give a listen to Vivaldi's Concerto in D Major, Largo movement (originally written for the lute), but commonly performed on guitar in modern times. Ackerman is quite touching here, but Vivaldi's piece moves me to my core...

The Last Emperor sampled this on his song "Do you remember". Boths songs are just amazing

Yes, unlike most hip hop artists who sample classics and end up butchering them or tainting what made them beautiful in the first place... The Last Emperor’s “Do You Remember” actually did the original justice.

The poetry he added to the strings were amazing. One of the greatest Hip Hop songs ever written using one of the greatest samples ever created. Two masterpieces
