Even though it's very likely he killed the young lady, there are still a lot of problems with this case. A mistrial should've been declared based on what was presented in this clip. Just because someone leads you to the body doesn't mean the person they said killed the young lady and put her where she was found is the one responsible. They acknowledged the lady was scorned and decided to tell the police. Someone else could be responsible and she could be framing him by covering up for someone else. We don't know but its not out of the question. Based on what was presented in this video clip the police did not prove their case, therefore he was convicted on hearsay. Was his DNA or forensic evidence linking him at the scene? Any witnesses see him in the area where the body was found? He must have had the lawyer representing Damon Wayans character at the beginning of the movie Mo Money, because a basic/low level, jack-legged, five-colored outfit wearing attorney could've got him a favorable outcome with that lack of evidence.
