TODAY’S TIP has proven to be VITAL in my recovery. Our ED’s have a tendency to push us to eat less and less, lose more and more weight and become more and more sick. YOU WILL NEVER BE SICK ENOUGH IN THE EYES OF YOUR ED. My ED never allowed me to eat what I truly wanted or needed and NO WAY would it let me try to recover. This is where the REAL YOU needs to come in. Many sufferers feel they need permission from others to begin eating again and start recovering …and that is great if you have people around you to support you! However, it is EVEN more powerful to give permission to yourself.
And if you can’t give yourself permission, I give it to you. Right now. YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT, WHENEVER YOU WANT. YOU ARE SICK ENOUGH. YOU DESERVE TO GET BETTER. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BE WELL. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BE ALIVE.

Hi I’m Hat *waves*. I have had anorexia for 17 years. I am at a place in my recovery where I feel able to share my food intake and tips in order to hopefully help anyone else who is suffering in some way…or at least make them feel like they are not alone.
