My interceptor was a fun build. I used the VFD and F10 combo as well. Stock Phoenix links just bolt right up. With the VFD the element tray is required as the 10.2 servo tray won’t work with the VFD trans. But the chassis is great. The shock tower holes are fine. Once you tighten them it makes ZERO difference, all these comments saying it’s a deal breaker, I don’t have any idea why. Tighten your shit up and it’s great, ive never had an issue with any of my towers or this chassis.

Have the stainless rails and they are amazing, the 4mm holes have came into play for me with maneuver around the servo in the front towers as well as friends of mine appreciating the bigger holes for the ability to powder coat. @@HarleyDesignsInc Hi Josh, don’t get me wrong, I love me some VFD but that’s just not the choice that I would make for a cheater rig. I haven’t done a side-by-side weighing with a VFD and a 2low or some of the other lightweight offerings but I would like to see it. Hint hint

I'd cut the rails where it sticks out at the rear...

The extra rail out the back is if someone wants to mount a spare tire using the RPRC X Mount. The bottom of the tire sits between the frame rails. Also if you build a rear bumper and bolt it to the back of the rails if built right the bumper could save your truck from flipping over in certain situations 🤙🏻

I think I’ll try and build something to make it flow to the rear. I feel like it will look too stubby in the back if I cut the chassis.

U were putting the bed on wrong those tabs on the bed go on the outside of the chassis

That’s not correct, unless using a narrower cross brace. I’m aware that they normally go to the outside but not with these parts.
