Hey there, just randomly encountered your channel and it really drew me in for a bit of a binge. It's amasing to me that through all your challenges you have a real charisma and storytelling ability that almost miraculously never seems to get fully exctinuished. The radical authenticity is so compelling. It's therapy for you and for your viewers, including me. I hope you can forgive the cringe of me saying that you really are a beautiful soul, inside amd out.

Yeah these intrusive thoughts are so consuming, it’s difficult to block them out if not impossible sometimes. I hope your brain gives you a break from them soon 💙

Glad things been bit better for you recently. Well done on eating more; your'e used to being sick, it's the way your body reacts to eating sometimes, the better news is you've had some 'solid' food, that's real progress; so don't put pressure on yourself to do better, be glad when it happens. With the haircut, if you get up one day & just get ready & go then great, if you aren't up to it don't go - it's not an issue. The hand washing thing - so what, just get some hand cream; what I'm trying to say is don't worry about the last 2 things as they are minor compared with everything else you're dealing with, they are minor irritations; with time you'll get a haircut & the intrusive thoughts will lessen then so will the handwashing. It's human nature to want to get better starting with the major issues but start with working on dealing with the lesser things & the larger ones will follow, when we teach our body not to react as much to these things & all is ok then the bigger ones will follow. Eg if someone wants to be a builder, their first project wouldn't be a house, it might be just a wall until they progress their skills so eventually a house is not such a daunting prospect. Hope that makes sense.

Thank you, it all does make sense. You’re completely right, I appreciate it :) The eating is still going good. The haircut still hasn’t happened but I’ll try not to put too much pressure on myself. Luckily I use cocoa butter on my tattoos so I’ve just been using that to take the edge off my hands.

Hey man, message me if you'd like to know what depersonalization disorder actually is and how to recover.

Hey. I already know what dpdr is since I’ve been suffering with it for so long and studied it significantly when it first started. Recovery is about pushing through and ignoring it as much as possible while working on reducing anxiety/depression etc. Although some people are stuck with it despite their anxiety being low or none existent. But the majority of people can recover if they get their mental health and living circumstances to a comfortable place.
