Best thing for nausea... Ginger tea. Even in morning sickness with pregnancy... I tell you, ginger settles your stomach like no medication can (at least for me and it's pregnancy safe... So for the future, a little tip from me to you! Also, muscle cramps can be relieved with magnesium supplements (or an extra banana a day).

So glad you’re doing better at the end! My husband gets really bad nausea and dizziness too. He’s been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and it’s been going on for six years now. I’m graduating from chiropractic school in a month and throughout my entire schooling, I’ve dedicated myself to help find answers for his condition because nothing has been working and I learned that his was happening because he had high histamine levels in his body. He doesn’t have as good of an ability to break down histamines as much as other people and he’s been exposed to mold which increases histamine levels in anyone really high. We put him on an antihistamine and he’s on a histamine free diet and instantly the nausea and dizziness went away! We still have a long way to go to heal but glad we finally have some answers. Hope you continue to heal too! Your videos are also how I wind down or my background noise while cooking and I super love and appreciate it. 😊

I also let go and let god and soon after I got pregnant and I have a healthy 7 month old baby girl who loves watching these videos. If she trusts in god ( like she does) it will happen when it happens and she will be an amazing mother. Even if she cannot conceive she could always adopt or get a surrogate and honestly I’m in Louisiana but I’d be her surrogate because I know she would take the best care of her baby when she is blessed by God with her little bundle of joy.

I tried for three years a total of 11 attempts. We had to use a donor. We gave it one last try and I promised myself that I would live a beautiful fulfilling life with or without children. Started trying in 2015 and had a loss in December 2017. Finally got a positive baby on the way test in July of 2018. My beautiful boy is 14 months old now and he came to us at the perfect time. Your wonderful kiddo is coming. I know it’s hard, but just feel the joy of your sweet baby now because they are already with you. Hugs! Everything is working out perfectly. Deep breath and faith.

Sierra, when your calves cramp, your body is telling you you’re low on potassium and salt. Since you’ve been throwing up and having some stomach issues, you are probably a little electrolyte imbalanced which is what’s causing the leg cramps. Have a Gatorade (dilute it if you want!), eat a banana, maybe try to incorporate a banana in your diet for a while and see if that helps with the cramping. I get some really bad Charlie horses in my legs and cramps in my feet when I don’t drink enough water. The Charlie horses in my legs cause my hamstrings to be sore for days afterward. Potassium is the answer!
@isthisnametaken6618
4 жыл бұрын
Yup! I also drink 1 sip of pickle juice everyday, and I work a lot of bananas into my diet when I start get a lot of leg cramps. Fun fact about cramps! The reason why we need loads of potassium and salt in out bodies is because those minerals settle in our muscles, and stay there at all times. The reason they're in our muscles is because they are the gateway (literally, as they're called the 'Ion Gate' in your muscles 😅) that allow nerve impulses to travel into the muscles. And when your body has too much of too little of both of those minerals, then your muscles can start to spasm uncontrollably because your nerve impulses cannot enter your muscles correctly to stop said spasms. 😊

I'm winding down and getting ready for bed while watching this. I'm feeling pretty awful right now with a migraine, nausea, and super bad allergies but I know I can always watch your videos while trying to relax because you're low key enough that it doesn't bother my migraines.

I watch your vlogs while I’m going to sleep. I always fall asleep because your voice is super soothing! I’m a light sleeper so I always try to start off where I fell asleep. I probably watch each vlog like ten times because of this process 😂.

My school uses WebEx and whenever someone asks me what I'm doing I'll just say I'm in a zoom call bc it's easier 😂

I'm rooting for you! I know you have all the advice already, but my close friend with PCOS was able to have 5 children naturally by really paying attention to her blood sugar. She got a monitor and adapted her diet. Controlling her blood sugar with dietary choices had a side effect of bringing back her fertility.

I’m currently watching the vlog while I’m at work. I’m a librarian’s assistant at a transportation resource center so I’ve been deemed essential but it’s been super quiet. It’s been nice feeling not so alone in a mostly empty office 💕

You’re the perfect break from editing my own video because like you I don’t want to listen to the sound of my own voice forever 🙈 It’s a midday treat for me so thank you 💕 Staying in a routine is so hard during quarantine! But I’ve been trying to keep to exercising first thing in the morning and then write a to do list everyday so that at the end of the day I can have everything checked off and it is SO satisfying!

I usually watch your videos when I’m studying! I can’t study while listening to music it will distract me so I throw on vlogs and just let them play! I also watch them when I’m just chilling around! But as of right now I’m studying for the MCAT while watching this one!
