Warwickshire Hunt - Little Hill Farm, Wellesbourne - Monday 29th January 2024
You know things are going badly for the Warwickshire Hunt when former master Robin Smith-Ryland starts losing his temper. After last week's violence from the hunt's stewards this week it was Smith-Ryland’s turn to lose it as he punched our window then drove his quad into our vehicle as he attempted to rip off our wing mirror. He then proceeded to drive his quad the wrong way down the road as the hunt headed over to his Shebourne Park. This may be something to bear in mind if your looking for a wedding venue and Shebourne was on your list.
Most of the first half of the day was spent hunting on a 1000+ acre, £5,000,000 estate owned by The President And Scholars Of Saint John Baptist College In The University Of Oxford. Please contact them and ask why the Warwickshire Hunt are allowed on their land (link in comments)
Convicted huntsman Will Goffe spent the final part of the day hunting the elephant grasses that form part of Grovefields Farm owned by Clarkco Limited, a company owned by the Clark Family. One sab had to intervene to stop hounds hunting a fox on this land as it crossed the road and headed for Hampton Wood whilst our vehicle sab saw a second fox run out of the elephant grasses onto the road and then into Hampton Wood.
