No, you have it wrong. North Charleston is dirty, crime filled and full of blacks. At one time it was the murder capitol of the US. I would imagine like most blacks, they are racists too. For the most part, the white people of Charleston aren't natives, they're Yankee transplants. Basically you're a liar and full of shit.

Both of them are in the wrong. Playing music at an obnoxiously loud level is not something people do because of the color of their skin, it's because they have no consideration. Of the two offences, being racist is worse by far.

If the radio was loud and my son is in the car, I would've politely walked over and told you can you please lower the volume down sir, even if he gives me an attitude I would say god bless you and have a wonderful day. I had to deal with some bad black folks, some robbed my house. But I am not going to judge them "bad black folks" and say that's a whole generalization of black people. I am from the Middle East, and as far as I am concern we are all BROTHERS.

@@thatsblnkfce LOL I just defined the term. That's the thinking behind the use of the term when dealing with a Transplant that thinks we care what they think. Imagine a Southern family with roots going back 300 years being interested in how they "do it up North". SMDH
