- Soak Matki - 2 cups in 6 cups of water
- Soak Rice - 3 cups in 6 cups of water in blender jar
- Blanch Spinach, puree & portion 1/2 for later use
- Prepare Lunch
- Prepare Spinach - Chana Masala
- Make 8 Rotis & Cook Rice
- Make Paneer from whole milk
- Pressure cook potatoes, peel & portion into 3 parts
- Cube one portion for making potato bhaji
- Mash small portion & use in paneer paratha stuffing
- Mash another portion & season it with Dabeli Masala
- Make Paneer Parathas for dinner
- Make stuffing mixture from paneer, potatoes & spices
- Make dough for parathas & make parathas (8 -10)
- Prep Veggies (green beans, cauliflower, carrots, lettuce, cilantro, spinach)
