I agree with Ruth on the tea/coffee thing. Even as an ordinary member of the public I find life is just that little bit harder in social settings for those of us who don't like either tea or coffee. It's hard not to come across as rude when declining them.

I guess it's a repetitive format by this stage, again with a centre left Labour representative and centre right Tory representative, following on from the Rest is Politics, and the podcasts with Osborne and Ed Balls and the Times one with Peter Mandelson, Polly Mackenzie and Daniel Finkelstein. The Rest is Politics seems to differentiate itself from these other podcasts though, by talking about a much wider range of topics, including international issues like the Sudan crisis, a wide range of elections around the world (beyond just the US) etc.
