Especially that existential stuff. That’s the last thing to go. It fades away with time. Like you said, once those thoughts come up you won’t be phase by them as much any more. You are able to focus more on the present to what is fun and exciting. Thanks for making these videos. I have recovered 100%. Now these thoughts have not been heavy at all to a point where the thoughts don’t show up at all because I am fully vested into the normal things of LIFE (shopping, spending time with family etc). You are right about viewing the world much different while you are in a calm state of mind. The world doesn’t seem “scary” anymore when you are calm mentally. You are able to be and peace with existence and how life is just what it is….I’m 85% there now in peace with this part. I see it now as a spiritual awakening of some sorts too. 💛🙏🏾 my perspective have definitively changed since this experience. I’m not as afraid anymore like I was before.

When I really dived deep into my thoughts and was honest with myself I realized through out my whole life I've never felt safe and never trusted life. Its been a big breakthrough for me and I feel like now I can focus on trusting life and surrendering to the process. I'm only stressed and anxious because of my inner world nothing the world did to me. Time to embrace life and step into a new fase. Scary but also exciting 💖 thanks for your videos you're doing a great thing.

Knowing when we can or will get better gives us hope. Without Hope there is no reason to live because all we can see for the future is pain.

I think you're right. We're creating a lot of suffering ourselves.

My thing is that I don’t really know if I have dpdr or not. All I know is that I feel weird and I want to feel normal again , the thing that triggered it was a clip from the matrix movie but I don’t know if I actually have dpdr or just existential anxiety

Existential anxiety usually creates Dp/Dr symptoms. You're good tho, worry less and it will go away. Thoughts are not threats
