No deep truth here, but some more of Argento's new-age bullshit she thrives on! Her remarks about Mussolini are historically incorrect. Mussolini was a self-made man -- a CON! He was the one who calculatingly made himself into a false idol i.e. "reinvented" himself as the nation's savior, a leader or DUCE in Italian, and the people fell for his lies and false promises. Her comment makes him look like a victim, along the lines of "the revolution devours her children," when in fact it was the other way round - it was the masses who fell victims to this "murderer and liar from the beginning" - one of the many reincarnations of evil in the history of mankind.

I would really like to know the name of that lady who sins the song at the beginning of this episode of Pets Unknown. I'll be eternally grateful for information about her name. Her interpretation is for me equally impressive as the best interpretations of greats as Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel......

She was spewing a lot of weird stuff that didn’t make sense. I don’t build up idols to tear them down. I don’t think the Catholic Church operates out of fear at least not the Christian churches that I know. I get it she was anti-fascism but when he brought it up about America she wasn’t interested..

This episode hurts me. Seeing that god awful women Asia Argento you can feel the mean spirited darkness flowing out of her. For all of Tony’s bluster, he was a sensitive soul, maybe always on a precipice and her darkness pushed him over that edge.

@@zippymufo9765 the problem is men no matter what age, want women. Us men see a women regardless of our current situation and want to be with them. The difference lies in what you set sort of. Some men, yes are stronger and spat with family. Many don’t, women for men are a dopamine boost to our egos and in some cases our insecurities.

@@Philnotofthefuture Yeah, but you have to retain some dignity about it. For a man his age to act like a teenager with his first crush just shows how insecure and self-doubting he was under that persona. Maybe that's why his fans blame her-----so they can avoid thinking about how this man they admired was nothing like the image he projected.

A great episode ... Rome is such an Italian cultural epicentre of food, cinema and the Arts ... and Asia Argento - what a goth punk goddess ....

To be precise, in Italy there is no food epicentre. We have regional cuisines, everybody eats his own regional stuff. Maybe, as for cinema you're right, but the Arts... The cultural capital in Italy has always been Milan. Cheerio.

@@mondomacabromajor5731 We have 20 something regional cuisines, all of them with the complexity of a national one. As a matter of fact, they do not perfectly match one another, as for number of dishes, food specialties, cheese, salami, wines, spirits, delicatessen, etc., but in their diversity they are, roughly speaking, pretty much equivalent in complexity. For what I know outside Italy, the most renowned of its regional cuisines is the one of Emilia-Romagna. Probably the reason lies in the importance that meat, especially pork, has in this region. This said, I do not want to underestimate dishes like CARBONARA (Rome), AMATRICIANA (Lazio), PESTO (Genoa), and a few others that are quite known outside italian borders. But BOLOGNAISE SAUCE, TORTELLINI, a few variety of TORTELLONI, CANNELLONI, LASAGNA, all of this is from Emilia-Romagna. Not to mention food specialties like PARMA HAM or PARMESAN.
