This is why at the peak of every skill you always hear people say "there's levels to this". From playing chess to competing in martial arts, when you've got grandmaster experience it can and will make these kinda differences. Put Tyson back in there with Francis and you'll see 9 out of 10 times he won't be winning again, once he's quickly been figured out.

@@fearassassin5207 I’m pretty sure he said he was boxing from a young age but he wasn’t really getting anywhere with it, then an opportunity in mma came along so he switched, but he’s always wanted to carry on with boxing and has Always dreamed of becoming a boxing champion

@@babyamy3884 At age 22, Ngannou began training in boxing, despite the initial reluctance of his family.[22] After training for a year, Ngannou stopped training due to an illness.[23] He did various odd jobs to make ends meet, until age 26 when he decided to head to Paris, France, to pursue professional boxing.[24] However upon reaching Europe, he was jailed for two months in Spain for illegally crossing the border.[25] After he reached Paris, he had no money, no friends, and no place to live.[19] After living homeless on the streets of Paris, Ngannou found his way to a boxing club where he met coach Didier Carmont (cousin of Francis Carmont) who was understanding towards his situation. Carmont convinced the gym to let him train at no cost, and introduced Ngannou to the sport of MMA. Additionally, Ngannou became a volunteer at Lo Chorba, a non-profit organization in Paris.[26] When his boxing gym closed for the summer, Lo Chorba's director Khater Yenbou introduced Ngannou to Fernand Lopez and the MMA factory

The problem is no one’s going to do that to him but Joshua who was a stylistic nightmare fir him bf the bell ran or the fight was even signed . Ben Davison said it best ,Ngannou improved in this fight you can see the subtle things compare to the Fury fight but Joshua didn’t let him get going in the ring and shut it down fast .

Francis is an MMA fighter it's a big difference when you have to master one craft like boxing vs. having to work on like 3 in MMA. If it's a fight, MMA, all the way, if it's boxing, a great boxer won't lose to an MMA fighter unless he gets caught by a lucky punch

Yall say this as if someone forced Francis into boxing and someoone else said boxers would survive mma. Boxers and boxing fans don't care about mma. This is one-sided

@SaiSaiGre You're wrong. I've done both. I like both worlds, but there's a difference when you only have to train one style. It's easier to master one than to master 3

@@jamiehoward4980 But they don't master 3 which is what this shows. If he had mastered boxing then he wouldn't have done so poorly. A jack of all trades is a master of none.

Are you saying that a boxer wouldn’t win in a mma/ufc fight

@babyamy3884 Anyone can win, but a boxer shouldn't win in an mma fight unless he catches him with good punch before he's taken down.

1:08 If Ngannou has knocked out Tyson Fury then he would have won. But since he did not knock him out, he did not win. Why do so many people struggle to get the different between a knock down and a knockout? Down means down and out means out. You can get up from being down, you cannot get up from being out, and Fury was down against Ngannou but got up. Ngannou was out against Joshua and didn't!
