I always feel like I’m sitting at your kitchen table and we’re chatting along like friends as you do your food prep, canning, cooking etc. Your timing for antipasto is perfect for me as I was just telling my daughter in law this past week I was planning on canning some but needed to find a ‘good’ recipe. Well now I’ve found one! Thank you for being you… and don’t change a thing 😊

Thank you Andrea! I'm not sure where you live but in our area you can buy antipasto in the grocery store. It is expensive but its not cheap to make either. It does can up well though and is great to have on the shelf. Best wishes, Colleen

We are big fans of homemade antipasto. Your recipe includes some ingredients I don’t usually use- can’t wait to try it. I agree that chopping the cauliflower is the worst part- especially as I always try to make it look like pretty small florets! I’ve subbed in carrots, which we enjoyed. Thanks for this video. I also really enjoyed your video on using the bread machine.

Girlfriend! You need a "Chop Wizard" or Full Star Veggie Chopper! My 70 year old hands would be screaming. I'll have to give this recipe a try. And yes, ForJars lids are awesome! I have a tankless, gas water heater that's set on 140 degrees, so I wash them, and then keep them in a jar of hot water. I live in the North Florid Panhandle in the US and have a 3500 sq ft garden, so canning and preserving are a big part of my life. Keep your fingers crossed that our weather holds - I'm hoping for enough Winter vegetables to make and can jardiniere this year.

Oh Colleen, I so enjoy your conversations with us! Your tips & tricks are always greatly appreciated as well! My Grandma Carmel was born & raised in Quebec, Canada but she & my grandfather moved to Las Vegas when I was young. She handed down a French dressing recipe to my Mom & Aunt - it was made of meat (pronounced cuttaw) but unfortunately none of us were able to obtain the recipe from family members. Have you ever made it or know of its origins? I’d appreciate any suggestions on how to track it down. Take care.

It sounds delicious and I'm wondering if its similar to the one you remember. It can be found here hwcmagazine.come/recipe/grandpas-secret-stugging/ . Best wishes, Colleen
