Very interesting! I really like your video style, to the point and without the rambling that can be easily overdone.

Hi! Just a heads up but it seems like your website is inaccessible today.

Sadly, after 25 years I had to take the website down. Problems with my web hosting service made it impossible maintain it. But, all is not lost. Much of it lives on in my KZitem channel. And speaking of channels, I checked yours out. It's great! Such a wide range to science and engineering topics makes it perfect for browsing.

You lost me. Did you mean that you have a foot pedal driven Singer 24 and it sucks? Or did you mean hand cranked Singer 24s suck. I'm not trying to be a wise guy. I really want to understand your comment.

@@wayneschmidt490 So sorry I'm saying having to hand crank or have your child labor running a wheel like a hamster 🐹 would suck for the kid 😂

hello sorry but the comments of the video of my interest are deactivated and therefore I ask you the question in this video. I refer to "Wave Motion Machine" In your video you mix water and oil to create the sea effect, but this is not possible, what substance did you add to mix water and oil? thanks I look forward to stefano

Hello! And thank you for commenting! First, thank you very much for letting me know commenting was turned off on the wave machine videos. My channel went through a period where it was getting attacked by trolls and I had to turn all commenting off. After a time, I started turning it back on but seemed to have missed a few videos. Thanks to you, comments are back on these two videos. You're right, oil and water don't mix. That's what creates the wave effect. The lower blue layer is water colored with blue food color. The upper clear layer is a clear baby oil, which was the clearest oil I could find. Because oil and water don't mix, it creates the two separate fluids to produce the wave effect. Oil is lighter than water so it floats on top of the water layer. Thanks again for the comment!
