Nice job on the wins. That's super cool that your horizontal has a 150gram weapon. That's what my antweight shufflebot with a 50% weight bonus has, I can't imagine getting one that big on a wheeled robot.

One of the best ways to get into this sport is with a wedgebot starter kit: www.combatrobotkits.com it provides all the electronics you will need, aside from the Lipo Battery and frame for the robot. You build the frame with whatever resources you have that suite you best. Whether it's 3D printed, bent out of sheet metal, or made out of a cardboard box, after the initial step of gaining the parts and electronics needed, the sky is the limit! Hope this helps :)
