Ingredients of Egg Devil:
1. Boiled egg (4 pc).
2. Boiled potatoes (4 medium sizes).
3. Chopped coriander leaves (2 tbsp).
4. Grated ginger garlic (1 tsp).
5. Cumin powder (¼ tsp).
6. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
7. Garam masala powder (¼ tsp).
8. Black pepper powder (¼ tsp).
9. Bread crumps.
10. 2 eggs.
11. Refined oil (for deep frying).
12. Turmeric powder (2 pinches).
13. Chopped green chilli (3 no0.
14. Salt (as per your taste).
15. Roasted masala powder.
Methods of how to make dimer chop:
1. Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp oil in it.
2. Add 1 tsp grated ginger garlic. Fry for 15 to 20 sec.
3. Add ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, and chopped green chilli.
4. Add smashed boiled potatoes. Mixed it well.
5. Add salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ¼ tsp garam masala powder, and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. Mixed it well. Fry it for 1 min in high flame.
6. Now stuffing is ready. Let it cool.
7. Add stuffing all over on boiled egg and make egg shape.
8. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
9. Deep the stuffed egg in the beaten egg.
10. Add bread crump all over it.
11. Finally heat oil and deep fry the egg devils.
12. Serve hot Egg Devils with onion rings and sauce.
