Hi i am facing this problem, ([12:03:54]1[1]Can not connect to the T&A machine) what can i do for this.i already connect the device with lan cable.

Please check if your device is in the same network of your computer with the PING test. Also check if the ID of the device is the same ID you´ve insert when adding the device. If you´re not sure how to do that, let ID 0 in the software.

already connect the device with LAN cable but unable to search the device by crosschex. Is that we need to set the IP for the device 1st or can set the device IP from crosschex? The model used is T5 pro.

Dear customer, if your software os not finding the device automatically, you can try the default ip 192.168.0.218 and add it manually. If still persists, connect it trough USB, pass the ENROLL CARD to enable USB communication, then after synchronizing it by USB, click with the right button in its icon, then SET IP changes. After changing IP according to what you need, save modifications and reboot device.

Hi i have an attendance system developed with laravel framework i use it in a LAN , i want to apply a post request when the RFID read the card to handle the employee attendance and save it in MYSQL database , how can i integrate device with my system ? ,device is A380 .

Hi, when I calculate the attendance, it shows auditing of so&so data 100% done, but then my device always reflect "the microsoft jet ....cannot find the input table or query ....It seems unable to find the file I want to calculate. Appreciate u yr help . Tks

I have a A300 and want to hard reset it (factory settings). This is beacuse i cant make it sync with crosschex. How can i do it? Hello Pablo, it works but we´ve experienced some bugs with other customers in Windows Server OS, if possible I suggest using in Default Windows OS like Win 7, 10, 11, etc

I can suggest you two ways: 1 - You can develop the integration with our SDK, it will control our hardware inside your software. 2 - If your CRM system allows import reports, we can offer you a software that generates the report you need to import information to your CRM system. let me know which you can fits you better

Client mode will authorize only one computer to communicate with device, the one that you insert its IP in the field SERVER IP of the device

Depending on the device this function is not automatically. When it happens, you can add the devide manually putting it´s ID and IP information. BR

Before trying to connect T5PRO by USB please swipe the ENROLL CARD to have USB authorization, otherwise the device will not connect

@@mohammedkheirzayiat3353 It is used in devices that doesnt have display, like T5PRO for example... Enrol Card is the RFID card responsible to enroll new users in stand alone mode, and also to authorize USB communication.
