Licorice bark works greatly for anxiety and g.i. tract .lt is interesting that l actually was craving black Licorice, [not candy] putting the bark in a water bottle is an easy way to drink it all day long. It is soothing to g.i. tract as well as l- glutamine Dr Sung mentioned 🎉🎉mentioned.

Dr Jin Sung this video was eye opening especially the Cortisol Awakening. Please let me know why I get Anaphylaxis in the morning if I make any movement like going to the rest room or even walking around. I usually end up getting back in bed to let it pass. Unfortunately this sets me up for possible recurring anaphylaxis e.g after breakfast. Thanks

What about grounding now that 5g and wifi are ground traveling? This is a question of concern since the frequencies are all traveling on ground band width.ls it possibly something that would be addressed in a future presentation?

Magnesium L-threonate gives me horrible diarrhea for any other forms; L-Theanine's effect is so subtle that I can not feel almost anything no matter what dose; The only thing that really helps is L-Glycine. 2g of capsules and my mind calms down immediately. I just hope it lasts longer. I hope this help anyone who does not respond that Dr. Sung recommended.

You stated to take Green Tea before bed to obtain L-Theanine or in the AM if you are highly anxious. But you also stated NO sugar or caffeine in the AM. Is the caffeine in green tea or any of the teas you mentioned ok to drink even though there is caffeine in them? I want to follow your protocol but it seems to contradict itself. Please clarify. Also when you stated what supplements to take in this video, NAC was not mentioned, yet NAC is promoted in your NAC videos is good for Anxiety. Is NAC not as good as the supplements you mentioned in this video for anxiety? Please clarify. I totally agree with the breathing exercises thru my past practice. Unfortunately, I need to start them up again because my anxiety is getting bad. Thanks for all you do. Anxiously awaiting your response to my two questions regarding Teas/caffeine and NAC.

@@ramixpAPEXremember d3 is a fat soluble vitamin # hormone so it is not absorbed into cells without consuming it with healthy fats. Perhaps try taking d3 along with coconut oil, or flax oil or if a person takes quality sourced fish oils, organic pasture raised butter.

Parasites are angry candida ,yeast, parasite die off is pretty uncomfortable. They will do anything to survive. They are being starved of their source of sugar ,carbohydrate and fuel source to thrive during fasting during their die off they act up it can make people feel worse before better. *****Not medical advice ******, opinion from experience of previous 30 years as R.N, and wellness care observations. ***** Wellness care as well as licensed massage therapy care now. The sick model system IN America is broken. Wellness care is where it is. Yes, M.D's serve a purpose as well as surgeons. They were not trained to treat before sick,or to prevent illness. Mostly to write scripts for big pharmaceutical companies. Rockefeller petroleum drug cartels to enrich themselves. Just look at television advertising for medicine every 15 minutes of a show. If a person forwards through the pharmaceutical commercials watching a television show, the content of the show is reduced to about 15 minutes.[ out of an hour long show] unconscionable!

Well, a chiropractor specialist , SacroOcciptal chiro, helped me more than any western med doc. I had a terrible neck/ pelvis injury - followed by multiple neurological issues. Was very sick. I learned that structure is critical to the function of the nervous system. Anyway - a good chiropractor can be an amazing healer. Having said that - never let a chiro twist and crack your neck.

Western medical Dr's do not have much curriculum in nutrition or natural health. They typically just write scripts for big pharmaceutical companies. They serve a purpose, especially surgeons. However; the Western American medical system is a broken sick model system thus American 's are the sickest people in the world. Despite all the cartels of big pharmaceutical industry industry pushing M.D's, since that's what they are taught in medical school. They have virtually zero natural or nutritional training. Dr. Sung is amazing.Research the amount of hours a Chiropractor compared with a M.D has to complete in all areas, it may surprise you.

This is just great ! Doctors ( including specialists ) have no idea how to help those of us in a hyper sympathetic state - due to small posterior fossa / C1 instability and a sacrum that is off. Your morning description is right on - and my blood pressure spikes up for a short while, despite BP med at nite.
