Join Nate on a guided anxiety meditation that is focused on helping you change your relationship with anxiety.
Anxiety is all about AVOIDANCE (e.g. I want to avoid something bad), but when you try to avoid anxiety it tends to backfire and you end up more stuck in your anxiety. In this meditation you will practice connecting with ACCEPTANCE of your anxiety (as well as an attitude of acceptance towards most everything in your external and internal worlds). This practice of mindfully developing your "acceptance muscles" is ultimately what helps many people get unstuck from their anxiety.
