Are you taking clients? Do you take clients from other countries?

All throughout my life my anxiety was cyclical in nature and each episode of my anxiety seemed to one up itself. It started with religious OCD, then health OCD and then now I’ve been dealing with self harm OCD and it’s really difficult. Mostly because I’m afraid just talking about it means I’m irrevocably broken in some way. Like you mention suicide and people are gonna put you in a padded room so you won’t hurt yourself. I guess that’s why it seems so scary. It’s the health anxiety and the fear of going insane and fear of death all rolled into one. I guess the good news is if I’m afraid of harming myself, I know I don’t really want to do it.

Because it’s yet another way of feeling trapped - like being stuck in an elevator. Anxiety is all About us not willing to let go of control, that creates tension and anxiety. This is why acceptance and surrender are the keys to freedom. Always try and do the opposite. Try make times go even more slowly and tel yourself you accept the world as it is - make it your motto in life. Smile and accept
