Anxiety loves to struggle. It wants to fight. You have the inner quiet strength to be still and let it pass :) May your life be filled with harmony and balance. I'm listening to this and reading the book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. It's helping me recenter and be at ease.

My brain thanks you for this! Brought my pulse down pretty quickly. I stopped checking it after an hour. For those who need a little extra boost: I’m 60 years old and have been suffering from panic/anxiety disorder for as long as I remember. I’ve had many trips to the ER, and a short time on meds. (Hated them; didn’t use for long.) It does get easier. At a certain point, you know enough to just ignore certain symptoms. That puts your mind at ease. My biggest problem nowadays is a racing heart. That’s where isochronic tones and bilateral beats come in. You just need to find the right one for you. Jason Lewis has enough of a variety that you CAN find what works! I promise, you will be OK. 🥰

My heart has been racing for about an hour. Tried a couple of others (one of yours that usually works), but this is the winner today! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sort of has an "old fashioned train" vibe , mixes in with other soundscape complexity goodness wrapped in compelling graphs... Does the trick. Good addition to the repertoire... 😎👍🙏🙏🙏

The day my wife left, taking with her not just our shared belongings but also a piece of my soul, I felt an overwhelming sense of loss and despair. The silence of our now empty house was deafening, a constant reminder of the void her absence had created. Sleep became a distant memory, and my thoughts were a whirlpool of regret, confusion, and pain. One sleepless night, in a desperate attempt to find some solace, I stumbled upon this video. The moment the sounds started playing, it was as if a gentle wave of calm washed over me. The soothing brown noise, intertwined with the soft pulsations of the isochronic tones, enveloped me in a cocoon of tranquility. It was a stark contrast to the chaos that had become my inner world. As I listened, something within me began to shift. The 528Hz solfeggio tone, known for its healing properties, seemed to resonate with the broken pieces of my heart. It was as if each note was a tender hand, reaching out to soothe the wounds left by my divorce. The rhythmic rise and fall of the tones became a lullaby, lulling my tormented mind into a state of peace I hadn't felt in months. Night after night, I turned to this video. It became my ritual, my sanctuary. In those hours of listening, I wasn't just a man abandoned by love; I was a soul in the process of healing. The video didn't erase the pain of my divorce, but it gave me the strength to face it. It was during these moments of calm that I found the courage to reflect, to accept, and slowly, to rebuild. This video, in its unassuming way, helped me navigate through the stormy seas of my divorce. It was a companion in my loneliness, a balm for my anxiety, and a reminder that even in the depths of despair, there is a melody of hope that can carry us through. I am eternally grateful for stumbling upon it during those sleepless nights. It didn't just help me sleep; it helped me heal.

I'm very sorry to hear about your divorce and what you've been through. I'm pleased you've found my video helpful as you go through this challenging time; I've been through a similar experience in the past. I can still remember the deafening sound of my empty house very vividly and how it made me feel at the time. For me, time and self-reflection were a great healer.

@MindAmend maybe this could be the year you get her back. Never too late. Been married for 18 years this month and that deafening sound you guys described is scary. Thought I would be there many times and probably should have had it not been for God. I know not everyone gets back together but I hope you guys find real love again and hopefully with your first loves.

Hi Jason: I am following you several years now, I have in my clouds many track by different famous providers but I honestly can say yours are the best. You have rescued me from critical moments from body aches till …. you name it. At this moment I was intending to buy some tracks from you again since I have lost the ones I bought before. I have decided just to use yours. But I have read on the website that you are not delivering to US. Could you please let me know when can I buy them an also if I you are accepting PP.? Thank you.
