What a beautiful, strong voice. I love music, I always have. I did vocals in a band called Cliques out of Austin in the late 70s at the innocent age of 19. I'm 64 now, I still remember 80% of the lyrics and the point that I needed to come in. I live alone, retired after 36 years as a meat cutter, I sang at work and I still sing every single day. I remember exactly what I was doing and where I was when I 1st heard a song. Music is a time machine, I go back my youth ,when I thought I could do anything. Now ,at 64, the hardest part is admitting that I cant😮

Consider yourself very luck as was i back in 1970 when i saw Duane & the original band at RFK Stadium for the fest The Berlin Airlift when Grand Funk was the top bill & lots of local Washing DC bands along with some fairly unknown guys called The Allman Brothers Band , no many folks knew who they were but after the first song everyone there knew who the were !!!! Saw them one other time at American University which to my surprise is now on CD & one show i never thought i would hear again. Best band i've ever seen & at 67 i've seen the greats when they were still new & all those awesome albums that went along with them. Started playing guitar when i was 11 & still play today. Lots of great inspirations & many hours of woodshedding along with 5 years of lessons has got me through life & who knows had i never seen these greats where i would have ended up. I would like to share a track of my own though it started out in 74 as a jam it turned into this instrumental . If you have time please give a listen & feel free to leave me a comment on the site. Seems like all the guitar players that don't use picks are just at anothe level.

Lindsey Buckingham is another one that doesn't use a pick. I know a fellow musician that doesn't use a pick, and I'm amazed everytime I watch him play.

Bravo amazing as always. And the best venue there is. Truly excellent group top notch musicianship. Surely Duane, Barry, Greg, and Butch would be smiling down on them without a doubt.

Yeah the 2⃣ main members of the trucks tedesche band are second generation musicians and performers and they are also songwriters responsible for their music , from being written to being performed in concerts and being recorded and they're considered by most critics to be amongst the best of the masters of both blue eyed blues and old school blues in general

Both are incredibly talented musicians. When I lived in Colorado, was able to see some amazing musicians live at Red Rocks. Always left there sunburned, deaf and smiling from ear to ear.

Lots of musicians have proficiency, but the kid's tone is inherent. It's like there's a piece of Duane up there with him. Absolutely unique and incredible.

I am really impressed. Not surprised. Just impressed. I am a semi-retired guitarist who always worshiped Duane and the band...now that my hands are shot at the age of 69, I'm trying to learn some slide....Mr.Trucks: please hold the fort....I'll be there as soon as I can ....All kidding aside: tremendous!!

When I get done crying I could really start to evaluate it. My god, is there a better voice in the world than Susan Tedeschi? Haven’t even got to how her hubbie plays the guitar. Maybe the most underrated band on the planet.

Underrated? Not by any musicians or anyone who knows music. They're simply the best band in America, full stop.

Too late, the music scene is dead. They are good, hard to compete with Post & etc. Saw an interview, people claim Post is a lyrical genius. It's over.

I suppose my choice of the word ‘underrated’ was slightly awkward and inappropriate. A better word would have been ‘unheralded’. Anyone who hears them couldn’t possibly underrate them, but they aren’t as widely known as they should be because most people just want plain country, mindless pop, or crap rap.
