I'm ashamed to say.. I couldn't think of another word the other day and used "sus' in a sentence. I also tried not swearing a few weeks ago and said that I felt like people were treating us like "dog water" my manager started laughing... being a young millenial has ruined my vocabulary.

Seems, kinda disrespectful no? I mean if he's doing his job decently enough you should treat him with respect. If he isn't, fuck 'im.

gen z would act like that, they just wont surface like that in majority, the minority of gen z that gets stuck managing some dumbass business would definitely talk like that, most of them aren't old enough yet to be a manager, but the shitty ones would talk like that, and manage like that

If the “gen z” person sounds like this, they’re not gen z. Or they’re actually our age and somehow never learnt how to speak with slang without it being the linguistic equivalent of nails on the chalkboard

worst part is probably that the message is basically "slang terms for a specific generation = can never act professional" which is just kinda weird. could've probably been a funny concept if done accurately.
@Disconnected66

not only that, but it's literally using already established prior generations approaches and just replacing the slang with literally no other changes lol literally just replaced the slang, no difference just meant to be funny, but unfortunately instead of being observational it's just prewritten and googled slang

gen z over here taking heat from this guy, 😂 buddy thinks he's condensing, just wait until gen z rules the world, gen z was the best and the greatest generation, not necessarily becauee they weren't stupid, but becauee they were stupid at the best possible time, ignorance is bliss, and jokers like this are managing the bureaucracy while gen z is our having the time of their lives, this guy wishes he was a part of gen z thats why he's making this type of content, what this guy realizes is that before gen z, the world was just boring, and now gen z is here, this guy wants to be a part of the action , and gen z runs the internet, right now that's the only leverage gen z has, which arguably is more leverage than the cold war,
@Amero2323

Living online (running the internet) is not an advantage. It's something you and your generation needs to overcome, not try to use to your advantage
