This is a good video. All of lifes ups and downs. I can relate to the online dating scenario. I told the truth about myself and it filtered out most . I'm disabled since I was 17 years old and that fact basically eliminated every lady. That was 20 years ago and now that I have declining health it all wasn't God's will for me to be married. He sees everything all the time. And I'm glad too that I'm single. It's all good, no worries. ☝🏽🌄🙏🏽🕊

I'm disabled too. In my case it means I'm very smart, very talented and successful. Men want me first because of my cute foreign accent, my feminine appearance, my German cooking and my medical caregiving background. Then sooner or later they find out I'm highly intelligent. That is a deal braker every time. Today I'm very happy that I bypassed most of the troubles people in relationships almost always have. I mean it. You are good.

Did you watch the movie? There were several scenes with cell phones and computers were also in many scenes, both at the office, the hospital and home. Also, the movie was released in 2016 and since the 80s, computers are hard to avoid in work places, and cell phones became really common in working life during the 90s and during the 00s they became a product for everyone
@shelter9236
23 күн бұрын
I think she meant they aren't in every scene and running people's lives. Their dates are out and about without all the tech in their hands or the computer lingo being used all the time. Back to basics as in bowling, camping and reading a book, etc.
@micke_mango
23 күн бұрын
@@shelter9236 that's a very generous interpretation of "no", eroding the meaning of "no" to "no more than five" and "no more than ten" 😊 They could just have commented "Love it. Have seen this before and am enjoying it again." instead of the misplaced exaggerations about cell phones and computers. I also have seen the movie before and enjoyed it both times too
@micke_mango

@@shelter9236 I thought once more about what you actually wrote. The fundamental idea of the story is "the sometimes unforeseeable and tragicomical consequences of modern internet-based dating". It's not about (the) basic things (you mentioned). However, I liked the generous spirit of your comment. I realise a similar movie could have been made 30 years earlier just by both best friends lying when they arranged a blind date, causing the same misunderstandings/complications. This is just a slightly more modern version of that. There's also slightly hidden, but great, irony in the fact that the computer algorithm matched two liars. That's perhaps the most hilarious aspect of the movie - karma comes back and bites you...

Some Men do have the Quality of Loving and Caring. The most important and intellectual man in my life was a nurse, yes a Male nurse. Way back in the 1940's . He came to educated himself in health care. Unfortunately WWII happened, and he served the USA with honor, the government saw him fit to become a US citizen. And he did so with honor. It was his privilege and honor to serve, he told me. He had found a new home to be proud of ! Then, he found this young beautiful Christian woman, that was also a nurse, from Pennsylvania. He was at the local bowling alley one weekend, with his buddies, having fun and a couple of beers. When in the mist of the music and smoke, arose a beautiful young woman, unbeknownst to him, Their eyes Made contact... He turned to his buddies and said..... Awe, never mind, I'm just remembering the truth stories. You guys don't want to hear this beautiful true love story? Well, maybe you do? Let me know. I don't want to take up any more time of yours if you don't want to hear how it ends? God Bless you 🙏✨💜

Storyline: Real estate mogul Kate has a stuffy proper boyfriend but no social life. Jack, a pediatric R.N., can't compete with doctors in the dating scene. Kate's assistant Debbie builds Kate an online dating profile, using her own name. Jack starts his own profile but his buddy changes his occupation to physician, not realizing that there is a genuine Dr. Jack Cooper. The couple is matched, and start getting to know each other...but just who is it they are getting to know?

I'm not really sure if it's truly a Hallmark movie, because they kissed in the middle of the movie instead of the end of the movie. But anyway, truth from the beginning is always the best first date. A quick question to all the viewers here who were born and raised in the US, if I may … I'm planning on taking a month-long vacation trip to the US for the first time ... My American friends (whom I entertained here for a couple of weeks at least twice) invited me over and told me that they could offer me a rent-free place to stay in a suburb of San Diego, California, and in downtown Austin, Texas ... Being on a tight budget, I would be able to visit only one of those states ... Which of them do you think I should choose and why? My main interests are visiting natural wonders and meeting single women searching for a life partner … Or maybe I should be searching for Miss Right in Canada, if that makes any difference … Anyway, I'm dead set on finding out what makes North American women different from the rest of the world ... Also, my friends suggested that I learn to use some US slang or I won’t be able to communicate with the local residents on a proper level but I’m not sure if it’s worth the effort … Won’t Americans be trying to express their thoughts in plain English seeing that they are dealing with a foreigner? Your advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated ... Please help! * Moscow, Russia

It will be taken down in a few days, that's why channels like these don't bother about editing at the end of the movie. However, there is a version that's been available for 7 years, but with reduced screen/image size There's also a version that has stayed online for almost a year, with better / ok quality
