Anzac Biscuits
1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup desiccated coconut
125 g butter
1/4 cup golden syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp boiling water
Storage time: in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
Instant oats can also be used
Can use honey or maple syrup in place of the golden syrup
Cooks in 20 minutes
Bake. At 180C
