We are extremely proud of our heritage, we attend our Anzac marches, Remembrance Day. We pay tribute to all our man and women, who made the biggest sacrifice to allow us to live the way we do. NZ is being run by an AltLeft crazy person who probably thinks the Taliban are brothers who need to be protected and that any CCP aggression in the South China Sea is warranted because, well, it's named after them, of course?! They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old , age shall not weary them nor the years condemned , at the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them. Lest We Forget For everyone that lost someone in the war, I am very sorry for your loss, but you must know that they saved our country and made us proud, even though it meant the sacrifice of their own lives. The war was uncalled for and in my opinion, unnecessary, but they made us who we are today. They taught us how to care for loved ones with unconditional love and they were the ones that made us see how great life actually is, if you make it as good as you can and take in all of the smallest good things in life. Do not lock yourself away and think 'I don't care anymore' because you need to! Your life could be gone within a second, and the last things you would have felt were anger and selfishness. When I pass, I would want to be around family, happier than ever, and doing something I love. I don't want my family to think I don't care, because I do. I do care, and I will stay this way till I die. Make it that way with yourself too!!

I've always loved this song, ever since it was first taught to me in kindergarten. It's a song about an ideal, not preaching any kind of supremacy or nationalism. A song that's as much about the land as it is about the people who live upon it. In Australia, we're one people, no matter their race, no matter their original homeland. It's something that more people should appreciate.
