Other than the fact that it only worked for 2 days, I really liked the bike while it lasted. I was so sorry to see it go but am thankful that I bought it from Amazon because they kept 'em honest after it broke down and needed returning. The seller was given every chance to support the product up until day 29 just before the amazon guarantee expired. Curious how you feel about this one 7 months in. Did your battery melt yet or were they extra careful to ship a good one because it was being featured on youtube?

Unfortunately we don't keep the bikes very long, maybe 2mths tops. When we're done filming for a video we have to get rid of them to make room for the new bikes coming in since we only have so much room in the garage to work with. So our assessment is just an initial impression of a bike, not long term.

I weigh 145 lbs wet. It goes just over 28.5 mph on level streets on full throttle no pedal, and just over 30 on PAS 7 in 9th Shimano gear. Fun as heck.

I just bought this bike. Got it barely used. So far so good. I was able to get into the programming menu and change the assist level to 9.👍 Hopefully it lasts longer than some others who've had problems. But I got it for $600 with an extra battery. So that's good. I guess.

I have this piece of junk bike, and it stopped working after 300 miles. The company emailed me back and forth for a few exchanges, and then totally ghosted me. It’s now just a brick.

same experience. battery lasts 5 miles now. I have only ridden this thing for 200 miles total and have had the bike for just over a year.

If it doesn't have a dedicated light button, then it's most likely the (+) button. Press and hold the plus (+) button for a couple of seconds.

What brake do this use , my brakes are ready to be changed ( I think since my front and rear wheels are not braking at all)
@KiraSlith

Jump to 9:11, they're generic mechanical disc brakes with a 180mm brake rotor, most local bike shops will have a few replacements in-stock. Yours might just need tightening up to get working again instead of outright replacing them, check the cable (the silver wire part, not the black sheathing) between the brake mechanism and the brake bars, it should be fairly stiff on both ends and tugging should cause the brakes to touch the rotor. If it's loose, you should be able to unscrew it at the brake pad's end, pull it tight, and screw it back down again.

@@KiraSliththanks ! They have been adjusted and the brakes at handlebar become really stiff but still doesn’t do any braking

The video rider never had enough road to go over 30. We can't ALL reach average IQ.
