Apache Pulsar: Finally an alternative to Kafka?
Today, when you think about building event-driven and real-time applications, the words that come to you spontaneously are probably: RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka. These are the solutions that dominate this landscape. But have you ever heard of Apache Pulsar?
After a brief presentation of the fundamental concepts of messaging, you'll discover why Pulsar is named the next generation messaging and streaming platform.
You'll learn the following:
Pulsar unique architecture - enabling it to function both as messaging and streaming use cases.
How it ables to scale rapidly, like no other broker can.
How it guarantees high durability of messages, yet can scale. A combo hard to find in other brokers.
Why it is adopted by so many large and small organizations.
And more
